BT.com is telling me 'Great News' I can get fibre broadband, but when I get to the end of the order process it then tells me I can't. I checked the Openreach website and it tells me they are 'exploring solutions' for my address yet a few weeks ago it said they were accepting orders.
Out of curiosity I checked a few of my neighbours addresses in the same post code and they show they are accepting orders.
I checked the BT broadband availability checker and we are served by the same cabinet in the same exchange yet they show as having FTTP available..but not for me!

sorry but can you try using your address in the checker and then a neighbour and see if any difference post results

as it is FTTP which does not come from the cabinet try phoning the dedicated FTTP team 08005874787 and see if thay can help you
