Last few weeks i have noticed that my download speed as slowed down and upload speed as also slowed, my ping has gotten higher and game lag on the ps4/3 has increased sometimes it is unplayable making me question the reason i jumped from Virgin..

When i first had Bt
In a post on this forum i stated that the speed was as follows
ping 12 ms - download 69.09 mbps upload 16.37 mbps
Also since the problem Bt had a few weeks ago where the websites wouldnt appear certain websites i just cant connect to, ie resolving host then nothing.

BT are definitely up to something. I was getting 53-56 mb download speed for the best part of a year. A couple of months ago I suddenly found my speed down to 49.5 mb.
Waste of time complaining because bt like all isps just comes out with rubbish such as are you testing wirelessly, do you have an extension circuit blah, blah, blah.
