Wifi slow speed

Hi there I have done a bt wifi speed test and the results asked me to report my problem with bt as I am only getting download speed of 26 and I have super fiber send should be getting over 50/60. I have done another test today and it was coming up as 34 download and was told all is OK, but its not as I am paying for a product that should run over 50/60 but is still falling well short of that and the connection in my daughters room in the loft is very poor. Any help please

There is no guarantee on download speed when using a wifi connection and the speed will vary in different parts of your home

you need to test download speed using an Ethernet connection and running   https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/
