Hello, I hired bt recently and it arrived today. I have tried to plug it in but the broadband does not fit. could a technician come to install a new one to be able to use my wifi? thank you

Does your phone socket only have one outlet on it? If so you need a filter dongle which has the 2 outlets so that you can plug in the phone and broadband.

You should have been supplied with one, if not give customer support a ring.
