So my bt hub has blue lights on and it won’t connect to anything!! I have done all the resets but still nothing can anyone help

What devices are you using to connect to your hub and does the issue occur on all of those devices? What error message to you get?
Can you check if you can access your hub manager?
And if so what does is show under Broadband connection status?
have you turned of smart setup
