This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not necessarily read all the posts.
You will need to contact BT to have it changed.
Thanks @NeilO but is there an alternative? The person I chatted to kept on saying that I didn't have an order reference number even though I had explained that I hadn't placed an order cos the delivery address was wrong. Can this be corrected first?
