So for the second time in a week, I’m getting minimal / zero upload speed.
(Currently at Download 14.36 / Upload 0.86, usually at 45 download / 10 upload)
I’m not sure if this is a recurrence of the issue on Sunday / Monday in the Derby area (Spondon / Oakwood) that are supported by the Willowcroft exchange (Cabinet 40)
So, in advance of me potentially wasting another 4 hours of my life contacting BT support who will inevitably tell me that everything is fine (because they only ever look at download speeds), and getting extremely frustrated will the total incompetence that I have experienced so far with BT support...
... is anyone else having the same problem?
(I understand the issue on Sunday / Monday ended up being a faulty ‘card’ in the Willowcroft exchange that needed resetting / replacing)
