i have had this issue for +3 weeks and they still cant figure out the fault and fix it. i m still paying for the service.
i am left to call them every day and i am in phone every single day over an hour and they are taking more time.
how do i fix this problem ??
as your phone appears to be working can you dial 17070 option 2 should be silenet and best with corded phone
have you tried connecting to the test socket with a filter even if you have a filtered master socket to see if that helps
can you post stats from your router if hh6 then advanced settings then technical log information
enter your phone number and post results remember delete number
