broadband not working

I want to report that I started the contract with BT on the 30th of March, and since then the internet has been with troubles, in the app appears that our area has issues, we have reported the fault many times, and the internet isn't working properly, we barely can send WhatsApp messages, the websites load very slowly, netflix does not work and the Xbox is impossible; the worst thing is that we received a message from BT saying that our bill is 36.76 pounds, and we have not been able to use the service at all.

Post hub stats advanced settings then technical log information 

check phone line dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone
