broadband speed dropping

 

Hi,  is it me but is my broadband speed dropping month by month. I used to average about 69mps but over the last 6 months this has hardly  got up to 49.  I think BT have turned the speed down purposely.  I can see that this seems to be a common occurence on this forum.  How do i get it back up to what I used to have. Do BT take any notice.  Advice?

BT will not be reducing your connection speed but your speed could reduce automatically by the DLM is your line is unstable and constantly dropping connection

post hub stats. If hh6 then advanced settings then technical log information 

check for line noise. Dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone
