broadband

Any thoughts please, I have Ultrafast broadband, however after recieving a call from BT asking if i would like to upgrade my speed, after informing them i am happy and do not require extra speed at £5 per month, I seem now to have the speed of dial up internet, I know this is a BT forum, and not wanting to be a conspiracy theorist, would the two be related ???

has you broadband package changed if you check by going to MYBT

Assuming you are on the copper supplied version (G.Fast) could you post the connection stats from the hub. 

Advanced settings/technical log/information.

Hi @nick6 and welcome.

 

Thanks for posting. can you check your MyBT for any changes as per @imjolly  post. If there's been no change then post your test results and we'll take it from there. You might also want to check if there's any noise on your line. Try connecting a corded phone to the test socket behind the master face plate and dial 107070 option 2.
