Really did not expect stats to be any different using hub but now third party equipment cannot be at fault

After about 18 months I am again starting to have an issue with the SNR download droping to 3dB again please help or can BT do what ever they did last time to fix it? 

also this is causing me to Disconnect like last time and it started on march 11th 2020 SNR should be at 6db please help.

Can you post router stats

try quiet line test dial 17070 option 2 should be silent and best with corded phone 

which exchange and cab are you on?

You do realise that if G.INP is enabled on your line it is normal for SNR to be 3.0dB?
