trying to be as patient as possible, but boy BT infinity really does test me.
for two weeks now, my average speed has been 0.5mb, wired or wireless. everytime i ring and complain, i am told to reset my hub and it will all be good. well i have reset my hub 3-4 times daily and still no improvement. todays speed is 0.1mb.
i am sorry to say that BT are woeful, infinity is god awful. the only light at the end of the tunnel is thatni am only 4 weeks away from the end of my minimum contract. Virgin media here i come.
