Looking for some help here as hitting a brick wall for last 6 months
I have got broadband *Edited By Mod* For last 6 months trying to upgrade it for fibre one but no luck so far. Checked Openreach for my area and they accepting orders for super fast fibre. Contacted *Edited By Mod* through email ( many of times) but as a result every time in 3-5 days getting the reply it's not available. What shall I do now?? Help.... very frustrating

are you currently a BT broadband customer?
That would appear to confirm it is available to you.
I see no reason why the dept you are dealing with are saying it isn't unless the cabinet was full and more capacity has now been added.

Try phoning options team on 0800800030 they are uk based
