have i got a line fault

since i have received the update yesterday my noise margin has gone up i am currently receiving slow broadband speed but bt keep saying that my line is OK i am currently on bt infinity 2 was quoted on sign up 63-80 mbps but only get around 38 dose looking at these stats say that i have a line problem my noise margin before update was 5.8 upload and 6.0 download

i have had problems with speed just after i signed up to bt in November last year i keep phoning bt but i get told that this is acceptable speed that i am getting and they wont send out a enginear

 

my home hub is plugged into the master socket please can someone help thanks

If you use this checker it will tell what cabinet you are on and what services it can receive.
