its been 8 weeks now and ip is still 60.3 speed is 57-59 ive checked other providers eg sky talktalk plusnet and they say i will get 73-76 so why is it with bt my speed is capped at 60 ?
you should be lucky, 60 wow, I am currently at 15, was 68 last year, begininng of year down to 55, now 15.... this has been now for 1 month. india support, couple of engineer visits and other communication methods (contacting mods etc) didnt do anything. The funny thing is they all tell you sth else (once it is the hub, then the line, then the DLM profile, but maybe the ip profile, then there is a problem with line or maybe exchange). And you always supposed to tell the engineer or the rubbiish india support what to do or where to check as I am such an expert!? This is ridiculous the whole BT/openreach garbage is ridiculous.... just to make you feel better!

my son got a update for his ps4 update was 240mb and it took 1hr 15 mins, after that i checked speed and as you can see it is pathetic and unacceptable, bt support say no problems no faults. am i missing something, the speed has been like this since saturday very low and then thru the roof
