I'm specifically trying to discover if any other BT customers have had issues with a "PPP Stall" in the past, as customer support have advised me that it is a known issue.
More to point, I am trying to find out exactly what this means and what remedy is required, to correct it.
It is obvious that you can't help, so it's not clear why you are giving me so much grief.
