paid for the best service and best speeds

 

few months in and worst ever broadband and worst ever customer service experiance 0.44 upload speed and download isnt good.

 

online chat....

terrible speeds

having changed to Infinity from what was o2 now sky the upload and download speeds are worse!!!! i can not watch iplayer and today cannot send files on email, download speed seems ok but upload looks terrible, what can i do?

which hub do you have?  if hh5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and post 1-12

Can you post your line stats from Troubleshooting/Helpdesk on the HH5 gui? Lines 1-13 should do

your link is not working Ray possibly because you need to be logged into the hub for the link to work there was another post saying the same

If you have a Homehub 5 can you also post the stats from 1-12 by logging onto the homehub management pages then troubleshooting > helpdesk. http://bthomehub.home/

Have BT got issues with their broadband mine certinally is terrible.....

you are currently number 348 in the queue.You should be connected to an agent in about 58.42

 

 

unbeliveable for what is a premium priced service
