keeps disconnecting

 
 

BT home hub 5, Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.236.1.2      

keeps dissconnecting, this has been going on for the past few weeks and it seems to be always mid day. i have checked the lines. but got nowhere. all that bellow means nothing to me so if someone can shred some light please, thank you.

try quiet line test  dial 17070 option 2  should be quiet apart from announcement and best with corded phone

are you using the test socket with a filter even if you have a filtered faceplate to see if that helps by eliminating your internal wiring

can you post from HH5 - troubleshooting then helpdesk
