I have two landlines, one is used for BT broadband only and the other is used for phone only. Can I get BT to connect the broadband to the phone only line and then disconnect the original broadband line thus saving the line rental ?
If you have two accounts/contracts one for the phone line and one for the broadband line you may incur a penalty if you end one of the contracts early so it may be worth checking which has the least fee to pay and move onto that line.
If you phone the Options Team on 0800.800.030 they should be able to give you advice about which is the best way to do what you want.
