Well I rang the technical team who are in India who explained it was a problem at the exchange in Chelmsford and have said it will be fixed by 8th April. I have lodged a complaint for what good that will do

Having a similar problem but only on my line. BT act like OpenReach are in a different universe to them and can't ever help with fixes. When OpenReach are done, BT dilly dally and won't activate the service properly. Honestly don't know where they get their staff. All of them are unhelpful buffoons when it comes to solving broadband issues!

Well I was without broadband and internet TV channels for 11 days. Now ith the inconvenience this caused you would expect some form of goodwill gesture from BT. I got an email today saying they were crediting Β£8.83 to my account. I dont think I have been so insulted by an organisation
