I placed a takeover order for my mother's account on the 28th May. Was placed and got the account taken over on the 6th June. So far so good.
On the 3rd June, the broadband was switched off. I got it partially back on the 6th June, activation date. Went to work the next day, came home no broadband. I have been phoning BT on and off since then.
Had an engineer appointment today, no show. Phoned BT again, was told someone would phone after 7, to discuss this fault and rebook an engineer. It is now after 9, have not received a phone call.
you need to expand on your problem and what you have tried. Phoned 151 to report fault?
