no help with vision/infinity package

what on earth is happening, my i.p profile is 69mb yet my actual daily speed is 8mb. my vision T.V service keeps freezing and losing sound/picture and my laptop often cannot download and freezes due to speed issues. BT engineers claim that it is a BT sales issue and nothing to do with them, so i am stuck with a service that costs £44 for patchy service at best. how dreadful of BT to have such a flippant attitude

BT help aren't always that helpful, but BT engineers claim that it is a BT sales issue and nothing to do with them seems a bit extreme.

 

Are you sure your daily speed is 8Mbits, not 8Mbytes?  How are you measuring this?  Is it the number coming from the BT speedtest?

 

If it really is 8Mb, then I think it's worth checking with the mods;  at: http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact_email/c/4951 .  But be aware they take 3 working days to reply: sometimes more if busy.
