openreach issue

Can a moderator please help im with Vodafone and have tried to order bt ultrafast fibre, the postcode and phone number tracker both on bt and openreach website said i can get 330mb, it was due to be installed a month ago but never happened, it turns out openreach are saying there is a tag on the line.. A management department at BT took over the process but despite wating 10 working days on an update and then a further 7 working days on an update i am no further on. I was informed openreach are saying there are no faults that there is a tag on the line and line belongs to someone else, i am just really frustrated as it seems very easy that to resolve openreach can just lift the tag and i can get my services but openreach will not speak directly to me. I have already paid my £10 for the router and received it and total wifi disc since December but still cant get connected.

@paulsavo The moderators here cannot deal with Ultrafast issues. Give the FTTP team a ring on 0800 587 4787.
