problems

Can I ask why a bt engineer or tech expert keeps coming out to try and sort my connection out with the wifi, when we are getting nowhere with the department they need sort it once and for all they come out and say there is no problem, and all we get off them is that we have to many devices going through the Wi-Fi that's why the Wi-Fi drops and runs slow, we have 3 wireless discs to get it to run better but still it happens, according to the bt website in theory the broadband can connect to 100 devices at one time, there is a possibility it could slow down with that many but not with 30 that are not running all at the same time,  but with a million pound company they should be able cope in this day and age, we are not in the 90's, but it feels like that when it runs slow and im paying the amount I am for Halo 3+ and not getting the service I should be provided with, im wondering what offcom would say about it
