I was directed to the new rapid interactive service to discuss my BT broadband contract (0330 123 1365). Oh dear. Waiting 35 minutes to speak to someone, finally spoke to someone and after 30 minutes and being put on hold 6 or 7 times, we finally arrived at a package that was acceptable and I was ready to place the order. She then cut me off!! Waited in vain for her to call back. So I've had to start all over again and I'm on hold. If the service is so bad just to place an order, what customer service can I expect if I have a technical query . Time for a change of provider
Or just accept that that people are human and they can make mistakes. Other providers can and do.
