speed going down

installed last year may 2012 my line estimate was 51.1-13.2 ,now slowly going down after bt keeps resetting my system also why is qos quality of service set ?

 

my line one week after install  Download speedachieved during the test was - 53 Mbps For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 12 Mbps-57.39 Mbps . Additional Information: IP Profile for your line is - 57.39 Mbps 2. Upstream Test: -provides background information. Upload Speed 13.71 Mbps

That's what I'm having too and am now down to a 10 Mbps line with 3.5 Mbps upload..

So I think soon I might need to get BT to break contract as this just sucks. I can get faster and a load cheaper ADSL which doesn't keep dropping my speeds.
