speed halved since sign up

when i signd up to bt in december i was told i i could get around 63.3-80mbps the speed were good at start was was getting between 56-60mbps but my speed has gone down rapidly infinity is new in my area the openreach van is alwas at the cabinet this is the dsl checker i done no long after i got infinity 2

but i have done one today and this is what it is showing

how can i downgrade to infinity 1 because i am clearly not getting infinity 2 speeds on my line i  have done a check on the bt website to see what broadband i can get on my line it is now saying i can only get fiber broadband  with speeds of 33-46mbps but when i signd up it sayed superfast fiber broadband between 63-80mbps 

 

can any mod help with this

Can you post your line stats from the HH5 please? These are in Troubleshooting/Helpdesk on the web interface at http://192.168.1.254

Lines 1-13 will be enough

It looks like there is noise on your line which is reducing your data rate to 47 megs from your max of 61 megs. If you downgrade to Infinity 1 you would lose a further 10 megs.

just spoke to bt and they said i should be getting minimum of 63mbps on my line recording to their computers i have done a quiet line test and sounds all clear they said to give it 48 hours but i have been told this rubbish before just their way of getting you off the phone

This sort of noise will be inaudible as it's at radio frequency. The QLT can indicate a line fault if you can hear crackling from a bad connection.
