still got poor service since install

is there any news on the d slam being replaced on my network cos the problem seem to be getting worst , i had a message on my bt line phone on Saturday saying my line was going down in the within next 48 hr due to a fault on the  line,but nothing changed yet

That's only 36 hours. Check again tomorrow morning and update here.
