I have Infinty to the cab , with download speeds ranging from 32 to 36 mbs just lately my download speed is ok but upload has dropped from about 6mbs to zero anybody any ideas why this has happened ping ranges from 18 to 35

Your upstream rate is very low for the attenuation, however looking at the observed speed from the checker result, it looks like it was ok at one stage. Is the Hub connected to the test socket? Is the line noisy? Dial 17070 option 2, should be no noise between announcements.
