whats the community think of the new fiber speeds halo is half what i signed up to

my broadband speed has dropped 50 from 160 to under 100 download and bt engineer said it will not get any better but i had fantastic speeds up and down since i got the package at the launch i know the more people sign up  the bandwidth shrinks but come on

no its the halo package but the older version the new version is almost half the speed of the old package i am paying the old package price but only getting the new package speed and the new one is £10 pm more.
