wi fi control not working on parental controls

Hi I am trying to login into my wifi bt parental control access back on and I cant as I get a message stating I need to download my BT app - which I have the latest version. It was fine this morning and now i cant access the wi fi controls. I paused access for a group of devices that I need to switch back on.

Which router are you using? Have you managed to get access to your WiFi controls since posting here?
