Can you do a test here, make sure you are doing the test with ethernet cable direct to the HomeHub. Click on "Beging test" to start, once the first test has completed and it dispalys some speeds you will see "Further Diagnostics". Go and click on "Further Diagnostics", you will then need to enter your telephone number in the Fibre to the cabinet box. Then copy and paste the results it gives.

Looks like the same trouble I am having. I also used the Bt diagnostic test which gives speed to the hub/modem and then after the hub to the computer.
It is blaming the computer side for the bottle neck yet I have 3 different computers with different operating systems and NONE of them have any speed.
I have by passed the hub and connected to the modem, exactly the same problems yet again I know my computers are working correctly.
Sickening though isn't it that no one accepts there are problems yet again.

Any chance instead of whining you could do as Rayant has asked and run the tests and post the results back?
