It's supposed to be 65 Mbps (HA FAT CHANCE) and its at 6 Mbps

Really bt

I am going to switch to virgin media soon, I have had enough of your cr*p.

It takes hours to get to customer service then all they say is (have you tried turning your modem off and on) NO I DIDN'T THINK OF THAT AFTER THE 17 TIMES YOU HAVE SAID THAT TO ME

Seriously bt make faster Internet or give what you say you sell.

Or I will get everyone I know to buy virgin media and sky

Re: Really slow bt infinity

Hi

Can you do a test here, make sure you are doing the test with ethernet cable direct to the HomeHub. Click on "Beging test" to start, once the first test has completed and it dispalys some speeds you will see "Further Diagnostics". Go and click on "Further Diagnostics", you will then need to enter your telephone number in the Fibre to the cabinet box. Then copy and paste the results it gives.

If this helped you please click the Star beside my name.

If this answered your question please click "Mark as Accepted Solution" below.

Re: Really slow bt infinity

Looks like the same trouble I am having. I also used the Bt diagnostic test which gives speed to the hub/modem and then after the hub to the computer.

It is blaming the computer side for the bottle neck yet I have 3 different computers with different operating systems and NONE of them have any speed.

I have by passed the hub and connected to the modem, exactly the same problems yet again I know my computers are working correctly.

Sickening though isn't it that no one accepts there are problems yet again.
