Up until Saturday my upload speeds were around 5mbps (normal), but since then it's gone down to 0.6mbps.
There's no published faults in the Manchester/Bury area... any idea what could be the problem (mostly directed to admins)?

Some things you could try...
Try moving your ethernet cable into another HH3 port.
Connect via wireless to eliminate the HH3 ethernet ports.
It would be interesting to see your Profile, could you run the FTTC part of the http://www.speedtester.bt.com/
For an example of it's result scroll down HERE. (IP is the setting the exchange equipment has set you on and defines the MAX speed)

Just to confirm that my upload speed on the gigabit port dropped to 2Kbs - and yes BT swapped it for another HH3A - touch wood the gigabit port works OK although the 100Mbs ports can still be very flakey.
An aside to PC, of course I didn't mind you quoting my posts on the thread mentioned - I must have missed your comments the first time round - that was about the time my BB was being awkward!
Also if BT send you a replacement Hub, check your next bill - mine had a £6 delivery charge!! - it was removed from my Direct Debit - hopefully it won't reapear on the next bill.
If you use the "Devices" within the Hub Manager you will see what the ports are connecting at i.e. 10 or 100.

Although the upload slowdown appeared when I was still using the HH3, I am not using that any longer, I am using my own router, a Linksys/Cisco E4200, as the HH3 was sub-standard (wifi connections dropping all the time, only one gigabit port, you know, the usual). So it won't be a HH3 port causing this (and now that I know about this issue, another reason not to use it).
I have tried over ethernet and over wifi-n (at 5ghz too). Download is around 34 to 37mbps, but upload stubbornly won't go above 0.6mpbs.
IP profile for upload is 10000kbps, but BT's speedtest also can only do about 0.6mbps. I will do it again when I get home from work and paste the results.
Also, it's not just speedtests, I've been uploading files through FTP and it goes at exactly the same speed.

Oh ok, done, although there's no personal information there, at least none that's accessible by anyone other than the mods, so didn't think about hiding it.

I've just solved it with the third factory reset of the router and the VDSL modem.
Weird thing is, I did reset them both a couple of times since this problem begun a week ago. Perhaps this third reset coincided with a change in BT's network that corrected the issue... or it really took three resets to do it.
I'm only sad that now I won't find out what exactly caused it, if it was in BT's network, or a faulty piece of equipment here.
