It means what it says in the description. Their server-side java process has thrown an error.
Well ray_dorset, I can read
Is it all to do with BT's server or has it anything to do wth the speed test interaction with the HH3?

I think that they have fixed it this morning. I just tried doing one and it worked ok. This issue with their servers has been going on randomly for 5 years to my knowledge. I do wish they would fix it.
