Hi Can offer some help. I got a new BT Mobile 2 year contract on 29 September 2016. Simply was activated on this date and then I claimed my Amazon Voucher for £120 on 1 October 2016. I received an email from BT stating that they would check my claim and send me another email to confirm this but I have received nothing. I contacted online help yesterday to ask if they could confirm it was on its way but they said it was a separate department that deals with the vouchers and they could give me no information as to when it would arrive. Is there anyone that can help me with this. Many thanks
I have tried the online help and they couldn't give me any information. I have filled in the online form for the voucher team. Is there a moderator that would be willing to look into this issue for me?
