24 month Mobile contract ending

My 24 month mobile contract for 2 phones ends on the 17/5. I have a letter telling me that my price when my contract ends will be exactly the same as the one I am currently paying. Surely this cannot be correct, the phones will be paid for so therefore it should only be a charge for the sim card. ?

just phone CS 03301234150 and switch to sim only as your 24 month contract is ending
