2FA

We read a lot nowadays about scams, were people clicking on a link and then getting charged a weekly/ monthly subscription.

I was reading on another forum that EE have now introduced 2FA, if you click on a link that involves a subscription this invokes the 2FA  before you are charged. This seems a sensible idea. I was wondering if BT had any thoughts about doing this.

I realise that people should be responsible for their actions, but this seems a good idea.
