my 3rd order has been processed today for a replacement sim that i need for a new phone. The first 2 orders I chased up and just got a 'There seems to be a problem with that order, let me process another order' - My question is how many times do i let this happen before it gets ridiculous and someone actuallly investigates why there's a problem processing the order.
