I placed an order on 10th August 2017 and bought a SIM only deal that included a £50 amazon gift card.
I filled in my details and attempted to claim the giftcard on the 1st September 2017 and recieved an email:
Thank you for claiming your iTunes or Amazon voucher.
What happens next?
We'll just need to check that you placed your order online during the offer period - and that you have activated your SIM card.
We'll then let you know if you've been successful, and send you your iTunes or Amazon voucher by post within 45 days.

I haven't recieved any gift card so far and it's been over 120 days, please can someone help, I can provide the necessary account details.

Yes and I recieved this email.
"Thank you for your email.
I will need to send a request for further investigation before we’re able to send a replacement gift card.
This can take up to 5 working days, however we will contact you again at the very earliest opportunity with the outcome.
Thank you for your patience while we investigate this for you.
