Allowance

After checking my allowance it says I've used 8 minutes of my 1000 minutes in 9 days, I know I've made at least 2 calls of more than 10 minutes in last few days and have made plenty of short calls why is the Bt app so far out

Hi @ian_hailstone The allowance should be updated in real time so as soon as you finish a call or send a text, your allowance should be updated. If you are still finding your allowance is not being updated then chat with the BT Mobile team here and they will be happy to help.
