Wow, and early one indeed @Strat77. I would have to say 'Honesty is no excuse' if I had to go back that far. Lynotts voice is just classic across that whole album but we're getting off topic a little. Happy to continue the chat over in the Lounge.

i got a 500 mb contract back on aug 31 on the understanding that I would get anAmazon/itunes voucher,(noidea how much as it didnt say). Because it was advertised I applied, waited and rang back only to be told i wasnt eligible, for some reason. I still think I've been conned but never mind!

Seems like the vouchers team at BT are not doing their job. I have 2 sim contracts and been waiting since 18th Oct and emailed many times only to be given another incident case number and no vouchers.

How about we all cancel mid contract as BT don't fulfill their obligations, maybe we all should contact watchdog, trading standards or like me OFCOM.

Don't think I will be renewing with BT, not until they improve their customer service.

Hi

 

Following my first contact with the forum I had an email from Laura on 5.2.16, who assured me that yet again the Vouchers Team were raising a manual claim for the Amazon voucher (they started doing this early January) and that this one would be with me by Feb 26th. So - Feb 26th is almost over and surprise, surprise no voucher. It would appear that other people who have raised claims since November have received their vouchers, so they must exist. Where do I go now with this?

Thanks for posting back and I am sorry that you haven't received the voucher so far.  Rest assured, they definitely do exist!
