Same issue here.
Both me and my partner signed up with BT mobile since the 23rd of August.
Still haven't received anything, despite my attempts to chase this for weeks with their helpdesk and chat.
Looks like it's a standard practice from BT to keep on ignoring their customers.
I will try to contact NeilO and the mods in a hope to get this finally sorted.
However failing this, the next step is Citizens Advice Bureau and Trading Standards by pointing them a link to this thread as well, as provifing other evidence I have already gathered.
My wife and I are in the same position. I applied 2 months ago, and my wife 3 months ago. Will also try the mods.
I activated my BT sim on 24 August and claimed my Amazon voucher the next day - but still no sign of it.
Can anyone tell me where the link to contact the mods about this is?
Wolud appeciating a mod pinging me the contact mods link so I can get to the bottom of this.

The "contact the modes" link under your username (or if I click your username) does not show up.
Even the "contact me", is also inactive.
