@RobbieMac i have also gotthe same problem, 2 sim cards ordered end of august, activated on 6/9 and claimed for the 2 vouchers i should be entitled to, have chased this twice through the online process and nothing recieved. please help

So more lies from BT then. they tell me there wasn't offers running on the 11th and 15th August. LIES!!!!! Strange how there have been offers every other day but those. I wouldnt of signed up were it not for the offers on the website. BT YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!
