Took out a sim only deal in November and claimed my £40 Amazon voucher on 28/12/16.  I have sent numerous emails to them only to be told to be patient and the voucher will surely arrive!  I have been told its being processed and will arrive within x amount of days, these have all come and gone.  I'm seriously giving up hope of ever receiving them and will consider cancelling my contract soon if they don't arrive.

I contacted the Mods about my £40 Amazon voucher that was claimed in December 2016.  I received a telephone call on 3 June to say that they were going to chase it up but since then I've heard nothing.  The vouchers team won't respond to my emails, the BT sim coverage is diabolical and I really wish that I had gone elsewhere for my mobile.  I would appreciate any help that anybody can give regarding this matter.

I also placed an order on 6OCT2017 ref VOL013-248******** and still have not received the voucher which I need to place to place a zmas present order to Amazaon. All forms have been completed and acknowledged by BT ie

We'll then let you know if you've been successful, and send you your iTunes or Amazon voucher by post within 45 days.

Best to chase it up directly, I had a short delay on mine. I found emailing using this link helped resolve my delay and had them within 7 days.

Just like @Keith_Beddoe and @Dean007 have suggested the link for Gift Card help is the best option to chase this up for you.

 

They are a specialist team and in best position to advise what's happening with your claim.
