@Usama Welcome to the forum, the claim is not validated until after the 14 day cooling off period has finished then it can take up to 45 days for the vouchers to arrive. If this time frame has passed you can contact the vouchers team directly via this link and they will be able to help with your claim.
I gave your mobile a quick call, I'm sorry I didn't get speaking to you. I've sent on your details to my colleagues in the voucher team and have asked them to investigate. I'll get back in touch as soon as I have an update.
