Another order stuck Open

 

I've recently ordered a second SIM, and it seems to be stuck as Open and I cant activate it.  This is just the same as last time I orderered a SIM, which took weeks to fix.  Can one of the mods help me please as I need to port a number across.  SIM was delivered at the weekend and the order process completed on Tuesday, but the order is still Open this morning.

Hi @pete_S

If you haven't already, you need to contact the mobile team and get them to raise it internally to get it closed and sorted, which I think is taking upto 7 days. The mods are fairly busy at the moment and it can take upto 72 hours for them to get to your form and then may have to refer it to the mobile team.

Speak to the mobile team and let us know what the say..
