Approaching end of contract. What now?

Go to solution

In one month's time my BT mobile contract will end. It is a great deal for me giving (just) 500meg data but UNLIMITED talk for just £5pm (I am a BT customer for broadband).

The current £5 deal is 400minutes not unlimited. Will my new deal revert to this in one months time?

Should I give notice now that I would not want to continue if this was the case.

Thanks

Your mobile contract doesn't end; just that the min. term expires. It will continue on a rolling month basis under the same terms & with the same allowances until & unless you cancel it.

Just to be on the safe side I'd contact customer services to see what deals you can get. Normally you'd continue with what you had unless your provider sends you a letter telling you something different but just incase you signed up to something different its still better to be sure now!
