I have 5 BT SIMs 2 on the family plan and 3 (theoretically) unlimited everything.
A few weeks back I noticed that 2 of the unlimited have now gone to 100GB doubled to 200, I also upgraded the family SIMs from 10GB to 40GB doubled to 80, I got the 40-80 my wife got 40-45.
I have called twice, once to describe the problem and get it rectified ad once to chase up, this was over two weeks ago and nothing has changed.
They are very pleasant when you call but nothing seems to get done, is there a way to expedite this as my daughter's phone is reaching it's limit and she's using this as her primary work/entertainment internet alternative?
I had a similar issue, my Halo benefits dropped off and they couldn’t add them back on.
CS raised a form and 48 hours later it was resolved.
You will have to call them again to follow up.
I actually raised a complaint as my daughter ran out of data, lets see what happens, I'll report back
