BT Cisco Signal Assist

Hi or should I say Help!
Got my mobile signal assist box 5 days ago and green light has been flashing ever since. Phoned BT to register the box and was told no need to register as it gets picked up automatically, is this correct? Doesn't sound right to me. I would appreciate some help/advice please. Is there a phone number to speak to someone at BT that knows what I'm talking about?

Hi @AlanH54, it does get picked up automatically and when they've activated it the light will be solid green. I know that in this day and age that having to wait seems abnormal, but we're talking about BT here.

It took a good week for mine to be activated, it does work very well but you'll just need to be patient I'm afraid. I would suggest giving it 8 days from when you switched it on, if it hasn't been activated by then try the phone number for mobiles on your bill, I don't think that you can get through to the people concerned directly.
